	Well I really do not know what to say apart from THANK YOU BOTH VERY MUCH!! 3 Weeks tomorrow my Durabase was delivered and a week later my conservatory. Now as you can see from the pictures it is all finished inside and out! I am not a builder or a big DIY person and taking on this conservatory was a big step for me and the thought of it gave me several sleepless nights but all the instructions that come with both the Durabase, the Conservatory and with the roof I had nothing to worry about. I have done it all myself apart from having a hand to get the roof bars up and the lead flashing i also have a full time job so if i can do it on my own in 3 weeks I'm pretty sure anyone could build one of your Conservatories. 	In regards to the conservatory we are absolutely delighted with it. We think it represents great value for money. The product is top quality, frames, doors, roof and glazing were all of a very high manufacture. The construction was quite straight forward, but of course all the information we need you supplied, from CAD drawings, CDs and a fantastic bound book of your products. The one thing above all, that was so impressive, was the professional way in which you helped and advised, you were always ready to help and guide, we never once felt that you were too busy to help. All questions answered, all calls were always returned. You arranged the delivery day to suit the customer (rare nowadays) and it was right on time, the delivery was amazing the driver ready to help and assist in its inspection. Quite simply put, “you deliver what you say you will” that might seem not much of a compliment, but in todays world, it is what any customer wants, and rarely gets, a high quality product at affordable prices, delivered correctly to order, on time, and great after sales service. We would not hesitate in recommending Trade Price Conservatories. A big “thank you” to you both.

	When we first decided to purchase a conservatory we were not sure which way to go. Should we buy a ready made one and have it installed or should we choose exactly what we wanted personally and maybe get help to build it. Our decision was made when we went on to the Internet and found Trade Price Conservatories. There are a lot of helpful people out there, but I have to say Karl and Mandy who run Trade Price Conservatories are about the most helpful, caring and genuine people I have met. We made a phone call and spoke to Mandy who gave us a quote for an Edwardian Conservatory, she then sent us a brochure and CD Roms detailing installation, types of glass and the durabase system. This arrived the following day and was so very helpful. I was very impressed with Trade Price Conservatories brochure and packs, I knew that if the actual conservatory was anything like as good as the brochure and the help already received over the phone we would have a First Class Conservatory attached to our home. Of course we placed an order immediately, Karl took us through measurements so that everything would be fool proof. We then sat back and waited for our Trade Price Conservatory to arrive. It arrived bright and early ten days later, what service. Then of course we had to put it all together, I cannot believe how easy it was. My husband and I are not particularly technically minded, but we managed it knowing that Karl and Mandy were at the end of the phone for any help we needed. We are now the proud owners of a Trade Price Conservatory, it is quite beautiful and has improved the look of our house and garden and has of course given us more living space. We just love sitting in the conservatory reading our books and feeling as though we are sitting comfortably in the garden even when the weather is awful. We also know that if we have any problems at all with our Trade Price Conservatory we only have to make a phone call and we will get instant help. Karl and Mandy thankyou so much for everything.

	The whole 'Trade Price Conservatory' experience was a complete joy from start to finish. I had shopped around for approximately two months looking for a great product, system and a competitive quote when I came across Trade Price, I contacted Karl to arrange a home appointment, even from the phone call I found Karl very helpful and full of advice and ideas for me to consider prior to our visit. The home appointment went great, Karl helped me design our conservatory and fully explained the whole process from start to finish. I was very keen to build a Durabase system, this again was fully explained in every detail. I was that impressed with the final price of our conservatory that we upgraded to a glass roof, which is great. We saved approximately 25% off the nearest quote. Trade Price supplied all the information after the home appointment that gave us time to fully review prior to making the order. Once ordered the conservatory arrived two weeks later.
