The conservatory is now complete after a few months work as we were delayed with the cold weather and snow.The conservatory was delivered on time and with all parts complete.Karls knowledge when first meeting him was very helpful on choosing the right size and type of conservatory.He was able to advise on the building of the foundations which we undertook ourselves.The cost of the conservatory was much better than I could find elsewhere and we were also able to have any size we required which many other companies could not do.With the base built with Karls advice we built the framework which seems very strong and rigid.Next was the roof which had a slight problem as we had to trim a piece of metal but they were only a phone call away for advice.The double glazing is a good quality thickness and was a very exciting bit to build as the conservatory really started looking like a room.With the laminate flooring now down it is a very liveable room and we use it every day and our young children love it.The space the conservatory sits in is an old patio area that did not get much sun so it has a much better use now as we feel we are sitting in the garden and have a great view.Its February/March now but with a little heater to take the edge off the cold its a very comfortable room.My wife and I and probably our children would definitely recommend tradeprice conservatories and we would also buy from them again.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to ref our completed conservatory.
We have been hugely impressed by the quality of the conservatory,from the ease with which it went together to its ability to withstand anything the Highland Winter can throw at it.Having had over 3 feet of snow in this latest cold snap, even when the snow melted and slid off the roof onto the conservatory it caused no damage whatsoever.Whilst lesser developer provided conservatories else where on the development collapsed under the weight.Whilst I appreciate that buyers are often sceptical of buying from the internet,not knowing what they will get,I can only say having built conservatories from other suppliers on previous properties that the quality of the product speaks for itself.I have included a number of Photographs of the completed conservatory,showing both outside and in,and the view we now enjoy from our latest addition to the property.You can even see the damage the snow did to my guttering,which sadly shows the quality of product that Barratt Homes use.Thank you for all your support, as a result I know of at least one other person that will be coming to you for a conservatory as well as another individual that will be placing an order with you for windows.Many Thanks

Well as you can see we have(despite the weather)been able to get our Conservatory up and very pleased with it we are too.It went up with very few complications and I would recommend anyone with a reasonable knowledge of DIY to go for it as they are really quite straight forward to erect.I did use the pictures on the your web site a couple of times just to make sure that we were putting the units where we should and I would add though a little bit of added info to some or all of the pictures would have been a great help as some of the pictures did not come across as that self explanatory but that\'s me being a little picky.Every one who has seen it says what extremely good value for money it appears to be especially with a 10 year guarantee and free delivery,to finish it off we have tiled the floor and put in underfloor heating.Thanks again for all the help and prompt delivery the delivery guys were really excellent) please pass on my thanks to all concerned.

We are totally over the moon with our Trade Price Conservatory,the process from ordering through to delivery of our conservatory was smooth sailing and hassle free and Karl and his team were very helpful and friendly throughout.The conservatory is very good quality and Andy and both our Dads built it together, so we didn\'t have to pay any additional cost for erecting it!It is a beautiful conservatory and we spend a lot of our spare time relaxing in it.We did pay extra for the Opal Heat Guard Roof but we do feel it has definitely been worth it as we have only used a small fan heater over the winter months and it doesn\'t take long at all to heat it up and it keeps the heat in,also only a little amount of sun and it has the same result.We definitely recommend purchasing a conservatory from Trade Price. Thank you for the exceptional service you offered me when I purchased my Gable End Conservatory from you.
After paying the initial £50 deposit I received the base plans in the post the following day.The plans were very clear and concise and from those I built the base and dwarf wall to the size required.Several weeks later I decided to order the Conservatory and within 2 weeks of making the phone call I received all the components that make up the Conservatory.The delivery driver was on time and carefully unloaded the components into my garage; also checking that everything was correct and present.
Building the conservatory was very straight forward,I constructed it with help from my girlfriend and we have no previous experience in the building trade!! I am delighted with my new conservatory.I approached Trade Price originally having seen their excellent conservatory which our daughter and son-in-law had constructed.Through the planning ordering process Mandy and Karl were most helpful. Inevitably my house is not quite square and they advised me how to deal with that. My builder then got the dimensions wrong constructing the base and a new quote was needed which I received within hours. Delivery was prompt and on time.Being someone experienced in DIY projects I was able to erect my 6m by 4m lean to easily and almost entirely on my own.A pair of one-handed operation G cramps made life very easy. Other than that I needed only basic tools. The only point where I required assistance, due to their size and weight,was installing the double glazed roof panels. Finding your way around the instruction booklet for the roof can be interesting. It is vital to read it thoroughly before starting on the roof, as I discovered! A couple of times I telephoned with minor queries during construction and received immediate helpful replies.I recommend Trade Price Conservatories with confidence to anyone considering such a project

Had terrible rain & gales whilst fitting the roof but easily assembled and soon water tight.Only problem I had was the instructions got rather wet and struggled to identify parts at times but got there in the end.Helen is really pleased with the finished article and we would both like to thank you for a great service and product, we would certainly recommend you to any one looking for a new conservatory.I enclose a couple of photos - ignore the fence this is a temporary measure for our scatty boxer dog.Best wishes to both you and Mandy and have a great Christmas and a prosperous 2010.

Conservatory has been in use for over a year now.It was a most satisfying home project and your support was essential.I was certainly not on my own once I’d paid for the goods so thank you for that.A few tips for potential buyers – planning is crucial so know how you are going to do everything from the base, floor height, tie-in to building, heating and any electrical connections. I reckon I’ve completed this job with extras like underfloor heating and tiling for less than half the cost of quotes I received for the conservatory only.A few testing moments but the support from Trade Price was exceptional and I could only ever say good things about them. Sorry for the delay in getting those all important pictures of our beautiful new conservatory to you.The build took place in August and was highly successful, only taking 3 days! However did have some paid help!The conservatory itself and roof went up problem free.There were a few difficulties with getting the glass panels in but this seemed to be because the beadings were a very tight fit but I am not complaining as I know now that there is absolutely no way the glass could fall out!I thought with our low budget that getting a new conservatory would be a distant dream, but when we found you I could not believe my luck.The quality and value is second to none and we love the extra space it has given to our small terrace house.Thanks for all your help especially in the ordering side, thanks to Karls expertise! I\'ve still got some fitting out to do, but the conservatory is now in use and I would like to add my comments to those of your many satisfied customers.From the initial consultation with Karl to solve the problem of my very low roof-line, to the prompt delivery and to the immediate help from Karl with the one or two problems I encountered, your service has been exceptional.You are a very professional team.Your readiness to replace without question not only a part damaged in transit, but also a window that I damaged (at no extra cost) says much about your business ethics. Buying via the internet can be stressful, but your excellent website, good communication and the staged payments made it all very easy. The conservatory fits perfectly and in spite of a battering from severe gales in this part of Wales recently, is completely sound and leak-proof.I happily recommend you to anyone considering the DIY route - excellent value for money. Two pieces of advice for would-be constructors - ensure you have at least two or three spares of the correct drill bits before you start and invest in a proper glazing hammer to fit the window beads! Building it was as much fun as well ,it\'s not hard to do if you are a good DIY\'er may be a little harder if you are not use to doing a lot of DIY, but if you have help it is a great fun. Every one loves it and can not believe that it was all done by me which adds to the satisfaction of doing it my self. Thanks for a top class conservatory.

Not the easiest of locations for putting up a conservatory, and this site required a great deal of earth to be dug away (3x8yd skips in fact). The location, because of a protruding pier, meant also that the conservatory had to be packed out from the wall of the house by 200mm. But, as you see, with that additional construction work, all the bits fitted together. The flooring is finished in 20.5mm solid French pine perhaps not the cheapest option, but my choice -- and it provides that little bit of extra warmth underfoot.Sorry, this has all taken me so long. I have been away on several trips since the summer, and the finishing off has had to be done therefore in small bursts of time.But, it\'s done, and the finished result is very handsome.

When after looking at lots of different sites we finally decided to purchase our conservatory from Trade Price Conservatories we were a little concerned as the product we ordered was identical to lots of other sites but considerably better priced, we were a little sceptical but as it was a low deposit so we went ahead with the order.There was absolutely nothing to worry about, Trade Price Conservatories are one of the best companies we have ever dealt with, they did everything they said they would at the time they promised. We received our delivery time and date ,and as per the whole experience the gentleman with the delivery was nice and early on the day promised and everything (and there was a lot of it)!!! was present and correct.Now for the tricky bit we had to build it!!! My son who is a bricklayer had built the dwarf wall so all we had to do was construct the conservatory. I would strongly suggest that you read all the instructions provided and view all the on line comprehensive instructions and help guides before you start. It took us a weekend to get the sides and roof on, we went for the gable end design all went quite well, there were a few little hitches but nothing which caused any major problems my sons helped with the construction and my wife kept us in drinks and food and helped by supplying an extra pair of hands when things got tricky.The finished result? We think it looks fantastic, the quality of the components is very good and it all fitted really well. It’s given us an extra room and is a great place to retreat to when the house gets crowded. Only one problem we have got to rebuild the garden to be as good as the new conservatory!!!We would most definitely recommend Trade Price Conservatories they are an excellent company to deal with. (I hope the photos do it justice).

Please find attached photos of our new conservatory.The conservatory was delivered to us on a specified date by Trade Price and was damage free and well packaged!The delivery driver was more than accommodating.There was one glazing unit missing,but a replacement was sent without delay by courier.The erection of the conservatory was hassle free and and can be achieved by a confident diy person. There are simple to follow instructions provided which assist in the build step by step.The frame, roof and glazing was constructed over a weekend and the finishing off taken a couple more days.The quality of the product is exceptional and is of comparable quality to one provided by a reputable nigh street firm. I researched various sites on the internet and Trade Price were by far the best site I found. I can assure any perspective buyer that their conservatories are of the highest quality and value for money.It was a pleasure dealing with the Trade Price team. They are friendly,polite and offer a good professional service.The price was my motivation for buying from Trade Price as it is exceptionally cheaper than most other firms.I would certainly recommend any person considering building their own conservatory to use Trade Price.

As you can see we were very happy with both the product and the service. The 6 x 4 metres making a huge difference to the bungalow.,adding not only a dining room but another lounge.

In terms of how the build went it was ok with only a few minor issues, I was most impressed with the kit quality and also quantity of parts supplied - a real pleasure to build!

And as for the finished product,I can say we are very pleased with it not just the look but also the price and it’s given us a much needed dining room, even if it took us nearly 6 months to get it finished!

Coming in at over 30% cheaper than all the other quote,I was looking for the catch,but there wasn’t one.I can’t fault you on price, quality and particularly service.The help you offered from our early decision making through to the final build was exceptional.We received a call the night before the delivery was due to arrive,to advise of the delivery time, and then a call 30 minutes prior to delivery, which meant I didn’t have to take time of work,I just took an early lunch to help with the delivery.Despite the English weather doing its best to slow us down,the Conservatory went up in just a few days.We had a small problem with one of the parts supplied,but again Trade Prices exceptional service level, sorted a replacement within 24 hours.I was particularly impressed with how easily the roof went on,as I’d heard some horror stories from a builder friend, about parts not matching up,on projects he’d undertaken with other manufactures products.I needn’t have worried, the roof structure went on in under 3 hours, and was a simple straight forward two man job.The conservatory is now finished, and with radiators fitted (which more than adequately heat the room), we’re able to enjoy our conservatory all year round.

The cats absolutely love the Conservatory and have since left home and taken up residence, we are permitted entry twice daily at feeding times though!

I was very happy with the build of the conservatory,everything fitted together very well.Once the walling was built,it only took me 2 and a half days to put it up,and a day to finish off the trims inside,I thought it would take a lot longer.
I am very happy with the finished product,its a pleasure to use it now and it gets good comments from everyone who looks at it.I am very impressed with the heat reflective roof panels that I opted for, even on the hottest days, it is still a comfortable temperature inside.

The service we received from Trade Price Conservatories was professional and
efficient.The quality of the frames and glass is good and I believe I had
value for money.I promised my kids that if I saved enough money off the
quote of someone else doing the job I would buy them a long awaited electric
piano and get rid of the old upright.In doing the work myself and with the

I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of Tracey and myself,to thank you and all at Trade Price Conservatories for providing such a great service and most of all for providing our new conservatory.I spent a long time looking at other companies and searched the internet for a self build conservatory before I made the purchase and I have to say that purchasing it from Trade Price Conservatories was definitely the correct choice for me.The system you use is not only very user friendly but gives an end result that looks far greater than many I have seen.Since suffering quite a bad heart attack a couple years back my wife was a bit hesitant when I said that I wanted to build the conservatory myself. Well as you can see from the photo’s its up and as your system is so user friendly I am very proud to say it’s all my own work (apart from the base and brickwork which I had a lot of help from my brother in law).

The whole build took around 3 weeks.I did every think myself with some help from my brother in law,apart from the bricklaying.I used some on line calculators to work out how much concrete and building materials I needed which proved very good.The total cost was £6.000 which included every thing from skips to a new patio and all the furnishing inside,which is less than half of our cheapest quote to get a builder in.We could have done it cheaper but we upgraded to a glass roof which is amazing,its a lot quieter, and very good now the stars are out earlier. We also paid quite a lot for the best underfloor heating we could get.I am a plumber by trade and have never done any thing like this before,I found the whole process easy and very enjoyable even the ground works.People that come around are amazed that I did it myself the best bit is that I have learnt a lot and saved a lot of money at the same time.Thanks very much to you for all your help, it made the whole process so much easier.The conservatory is great and very easy to put together and very good quality.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Karl for all the help and advice we received when we purchased our conservatory. Like most people who are interested in having a conservatory we were getting quotes for up to £12000, with the cheapest coming in at £9000. We decided to look into doing a self build conservatory and starting to scouring the Internet for the best deals. When we came across Trade Price I was amazed with how informative the website was when compared to many of the others out there. After a few phone calls and e-mails to Karl I actually ordered my conservatory with Trade price through Ebay. I felt that I should put pen to paper to thank you for the exceptional service that you provided us with when we recently purchased our large DIY Victorian conservatory from you. After paying my £50 deposit, the excellent and clear base plans arrived the next day by post. I was extremely impressed with every stage of my dealings with Trade Price conservatories. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Far superior to any other DIY conservatory I had looked at (and there were many) The Pilkington K Blue self cleaning glass in the roof really does reduce glare and clean itself. Thank you for all your help and guidance when needed. We found the P Shape build challenging yet very rewarding. Everything arrived on time and the drivers were very helpful and friendly. Our base arrived on the 26th May and was completed the next day. The conservatory arrived on the 3rd June and was built over afternoons/evenings/weekends (weather permitting) in a total of 10 days. We spent a further 7 days on internals (plastering, electrics and bamboo flooring). Everything is now in full working order and a pleasure to use. The quality of materials is excellent and shows good value for money, as I saved thousands by choosing the DIY route. Trade Price Conservatories will be highly recommended by ourselves. To build our conservatory took 3 people, a 63 year old plumber, a 61 year old retired wife and a 40 year old sales assistant, not forgetting our 7 year old granddaughter. We came across more by chance than anything else. The more we looked, the more we thought that we could do that. We contacted Karl and asked all about the service that Trade Price provide and were very pleased with what we were hearing. Then came the question, how much for the kit to be delivered to Inverness, because according to everyone else that attempts to deliver up here, this is the other side of the planet! Everything was great, delivery price brill, kit price was brill, this was going to well we thought. We placed the order and started digging, We got up to dwarf wall level and awaited delivery of the kit. Trade Price Conservatories have been excellent from start to finish. I had a P Shaped double hipped conservatory on my bungalow (see pictures above) and everything went like clockwork. Synseal made a small mistake making the roof, however Karl didn\'t hesatate to order a new roof out of his own pocket, this gave me time to work on fitting the decking before the new roof arrived, which meant I could start enjoying the conservatory as soon as it was finished. I know all of you out there reading this will think, of course your going to say these good things you probably work for Trade Price, well I can assure you that\'s not the case and you can feel free to contact me should you need any information about my experience fitting my own conservatory. Karl was there with me all the way through from start to finish, the phone support was amazing and if there was anything I was stuck on I just e-mailed a picture to Karl and he sorted the problem out straight away. Their web site was a huge help, with all the information I needed to help answer all of my questions. To be completly honest we were really dreading fitting the roof as it looked really complicated and we allowed 4 to 5 days just on the roof, however once I started fitting the roof it only took me a day and a half.. really easy and I felt a bit silly worrying so much. To anyone out there who has stumbled across this website as we did...look no further!
We ordered a large P shaped conservatory and if we're perfectly honest, although we are capable DIY'ers, we were a bit concerned about assembling such a complex shaped conservatory. We decided nothing ventured nothing gained, and placed our order.
The plans arrived when promised, as did the conservatory. The delivery driver was first class.
Every part was clearly labelled and the plans were easy to follow. Karl was only a phone call or email away when we got a bit stuck and nothing was too much trouble to them. We needn’t have worried.
Upon arrival, three of the smaller sealed units were cracked but they were replaced quickly and without any hassle. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and design of our new conservatory and it’s made a dramatic difference to our home.
Nowadays it’s very rare to find a company that offers such first class service, value for money and unbeatable after sales care. We cannot praise this company enough and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

A couple of years ago my wife and I purchased a conservatory from Trade Price Conservatories. We were so pleased with it, the whole business of choosing, planning and constructing which was made so easy with the help we received from Karl.
The conservatory made such a difference to our lives, to be able to sit in comfort in all weathers and look out at our garden.
It was not long though before we decided, we would really wished we had gone for a bigger conservatory, we just spent so much time in it that we decided we would like more room to entertain our friends in there so that they could enjoy our garden with us.

So we rang Karl, and asked if it would be possible to make our original conservatory larger we decided this time to go for a Blue Active K Glass rather than the Clear Glass Roof due to us spending all our spare time in this Room.

Once again they were so helpful, they went through the plans with us and worked out exactly the right way to go, within a couple of weeks we had extended our base and had received the extra frames and the new roof.

Then with help at the end of the phone from Karl we were able to construct our new Conservatory.

This is just a message to say thanks for all of the assistance from design stage onwards.
We took your advise and purchased the Edwardian double hipped conservatory attaching it to our bungalow fascia board with a box gutter.
Seeing the box gutter at your showroom made installation very easy.
I completed the construction totally single handed.
The Durabase was completed in less than a day.
Removing my bungalow window and installing the French door and side window took a day initial preparation, followed by a day to open up and install.
The Conservatory itself took a slightly over two days.
Then a couple more days for finishing and some decoration mainly in the house.

With a new addition to the family on the way we decided that a little extra space was needed so we opted for a new conservatory to the rear of the house. We received quotations from a few companies to supply and install but soon realised that a DIY conservatory would save us over £3000. We considered several options from supply only companies but found the conservatories at Trade Price not only to have the better specification but to be much cheaper then others on the market. We opted for the Edwardian with dwarf wall. The initial ordering was very easy over the phone and confirmation was received the next day including 3D pictures of how the conservatory would look. We were told to call again to arrange delivery when the brickwork was complete. We undertook most of the building work ourselves including the footings and concrete slab for the floor. My DIY skills didn\'t stretch to the bricklaying so I left this to the experts! Once we were ready to take delivery, we called Trade Price and 2 weeks later it arrived. I\'m not a builder by trade but found assembling the conservatory fairly easy (with the use of a mate to help!). The windows and doors were installed in one day with the roof put together in an afternoon. We got a plasterer in to provide a nice finish to the walls inside. Now that the conservatory is complete we can take great pride in saying that we built it! The conservatory provides us with an ideal extra room for the family and we would not hesitate to recommend Trade Price to anyone considering a conservatory.

I would just like to say thanks for a fantastic service from yourselves, after searching the internet for the best value & quality conservatory I found Trade Price Conservatories. You offer a fantastic service and were always on the end of the phone if I had a query. From placing the order I was very pleased, the plans were easy to follow even for me as its the first time I have built anything from brick. The conservatory was delivered on time as promised, easy construction, and everything fitted as it should do. Fitting the frame and roof took about 2 days to complete and we had a fantastic summer and wedding in our garden (once I\'d tidied up). The only concern I now have is my father in law, especially when I told him it has cost me less than £5000 to complete when he had his fitted earlier in the year for over £12000.

Can I thank you for all your help and support over the weeks whilst I was building my conservatory. I have to say that I am really pleased with the outcome. It was really straight forward and surprisingly easier than I expected because of the way the package was put together and because of your support, patience and understanding. The diagrams were great.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone thinking of having a conservatory built, especially a DIY one. Everyone who sees the conservatory are very impressed with the quality and are amazed that we built it ourselves. It has saved us a huge amount of money and was worth all the hard work. We spend a lot of time in our new conservatory and wonder what we did without it!

Have you ever sat in a Doctors Surgery and thumbed through those well turned glossy magazines like Country Life? Have you not envied the photos of those glamorous conservatories that always look like a part of the building and not just a box added onto the end of a property and always cost over £20,000? Or even worse, you dare not ask?

I have. But being a retired Accountant and watching the pennies now instead of past pounds I have always thought these buildings were out of my reach.

Wrong!

If you want a high spec conservatory then you can have one and at a very reasonable price! The days of high supply and installation costs are over as far as Karl Muspratt is concerned at Trade Price Conservatories (UK) Ltd. They will tell and show you precisely what they mean. Any person who dabbles in DIY and likes the thought of a project well done, can put one of their conservatories up in minimal time. There are probably three major areas why you haven’t tried it. The back up you get if anything goes wrong; is it really good value for money, and will it look as good as one of those photos you’ve browsed over.

The most important factor in purchasing a DIY conservatory is to have instant advice on the end of the phone. Not 9-5pm but 24x7 when you need it. I have spoken to Karl at 9pm! That’s service. Its very doubtful if you will need them as well, with the full documentation enclosed to guide you through the process.

The quality of the units themselves match those of units many thousands of pounds more. The fittings are of the highest quality that I have seen and Karl ensures your complete satisfaction from your design concept to checking with you all the way through the process that all is well.

The service was friendly and delivery time was excellent (10 days). The plans were clear, everything was cut to the correct size, the materials were of the highest quality and it was easy to construct. After making the base, I was able to complete the build in 5 days. I will be sure to recommend Trade Price Conservatories to anyone I meet who is looking to build their own conservatory.

Due to the recent credit crunch, my husband and I decided we would be better off financially to expand on our house as we wanted a extra room for the kids. We were looking for a cheap DIY quality conservatory to save as much money possible. We found Trade Price Conservatories and their web site was very impressive and I wasn’t expecting such professionalism.

My husband was worried about purchasing a conservatory all internet based, until we found their payment methods and discovered that they were only asking for half of the payment and the rest wasn’t due until the goods were outside our house, this really reassured us.

We spoke to Karl at Trade Price and he was very helpful in the design and creation of our conservatory and at no point did we feel under pressure to purchase. My husband and I had already decided to have a conservatory with a glass roof due to this being for our children and a south facing garden which gets very hot. Karl advised us to upgrade to a Pilkingtons  K  Blue  Activ  Roof, which is a self cleaning glass.  When we purchased our Edwardian conservatory, we put our 50 pounds deposit down, then we received our base plan within hours via email. It took several months to build our base because of weather conditions and trying to find time off work. When we were ready to proceed in filling our order form out, we spoke to Karl, he made sure we understood the procedure and went through the order form with us, thoroughly assuring us that we had not missed any details for our conservatory.  We did everything via email and telephone. Due to having a Pilkington K Blue Activ roof, Karl told us that delivery would be 14 to 18 days. The driver was so helpful in making sure the glass and frames were all checked off thoroughly. The overall project went brilliantly, we are over the moon with our finishing product and can’t give enough thanks to Karl.

In regards to the conservatory we are absolutely delighted with it. We think it represents great value for money. The product is top quality, frames, doors, roof and glazing were all of a very high manufacture. The construction was quite straight forward, but of course all the information we need you supplied, from CAD drawings, CDs and a fantastic bound book of your products.

The one thing above all, that was so impressive, was the professional way in which you helped and advised, you were always ready to help and guide, we never once felt that you were too busy to help. All questions answered, all calls were always returned.

You arranged the delivery day to suit the customer (rare nowadays) and it was right on time, the delivery was amazing the driver ready to help and assist in its inspection.

Quite simply put, “you deliver what you say you will” that might seem not much of a compliment, but in today's world, it is what any customer wants, and rarely gets, a high quality product at affordable prices, delivered correctly to order, on time, and great after sales service. We would not hesitate in recommending Trade Price Conservatories.

My decision to purchase a DIY conservatory wasn’t thought through so i decided to start searching the internet and on Google I found Trade Price Conservatories i knew I was getting somewhere, their professional web site attracted me aswell as how much help was on offer, just by looking at the site.

On first deciding to purchase a DIY conservatory with Trade Price, I must admit I had my doubts due to everything being over the internet, plus all the stories you hear about being scammed. However, on seeing their payment methods and the fact they weren’t asking for the full amount, only 50%, on ordering really assured me that I was getting the goods. Also the fact they had a show site available if I had any queries made me realize I wasn’t being conned. So, I rang Trade Price and spoke to Karl, who was extremely polite and helpful and gave me a quote for an Edwardian Conservatory. We then received a brochure the next day in the post, which consisted of CD-ROMs detailing installation and the durabase system. I must admit, the brochure was brilliant, professionally designed, and very helpful. The next day I phoned Trade Price and spoke to Karl again, and placed my order, he was very helpful and answered all of my questions. This really showed me that Karl was’t just out for your money and had your best interests at heart.

I went ahead with the £50 deposit for my base plans, and when my base was complete I contacted Karl who helped me fill in my order from and i then paid the 50% deposit payment and was informed my conservatory would be here within 10-14 working days. They stayed true to their word and 12 days later my conservatory arrived first thing in the morning. I found it’s simple to build, and knowing that Karl was at the end of the phone (even at the weekend) after delivery, reassured me.

To sum up my Trade Price Conservatory experience I would say it was brilliant and stress free, there are not many companies out there who are as caring and polite as Karl and I cannot give him enough thanks, I’m so glad I decided to go ahead, as you can see the result is self explanatory.

Hello again Karl. Sorry it's been a while, but here are the photos as promised of the conservatory. Once again both our daughter Debbie & myself are very pleased with the final result which has provided an additional room for our grandchildren to play in safely.

Please find attached a preliminary photograph from the building site that is the rear of my house ..... After long hours and not too many (!) swear words, we had the topping out ceremony last weekend where we fitted the finial to the top of the gable end.

Conservatory took a tad longer than we expected however we got there in the end !!

Snagging list includes the down comer to the drainage channel and fitting the floor inside the finished product.

We're well pleased with the outcome and look forward to long sunny days this summer in the new structure.
